I have been gambling online or at land based gambling halls for many years. I have been taught, the addiction usually will acquire a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are broke. Specifically if you are on a run. I have gone through uncounted tens of thousands of clams in just a short period of time and at times, I will go a bit too long. It appears you are just enjoying yourself until you choose to contemplate your squanderings and the anguish sets in, and of course you keep telling yourself "I might be able to gain it back" a number of times. It doesn’t work. Then you feel icky in your gut and the more you try the quicker you throw away.
When you find that you are up, STAY Ahead! When you begin to give away, do not tell yourself, "well only 1 more" a number of times, trust me, this method barely ever works. Say you are betting on one armed bandits, have a number separate before starting your action. DO NOT go over that threshold, no matter how appealing. If you happen to gain, put that in a different canister. Do not spend your earnings regardless of what happens. Once you have gambled through your original set range, stop. Depart, regardless if it is on the internet or at a land based gambling den, don’t stick at the tables or machines. At all times remember, there no doubt will be another day, another time. Clearly, this process is able to work for any game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.
Keep in mind, gaming is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If you cannot pay for the loss, do not even start.
