I have been gaming on the internet or at real life gambling dens for a lot of years. I have been taught, the addiction usually will acquire a hold of you and you will not even see it until you are broke. Specifically if you are on a profit streak. I have been through uncounted tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and even today, I sometimes go a bit too long. It appears you are only having sum excitement up until you make a choice to track your losses and the anguish settles in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I might be able to win the funds back" at length. It does not work. Then you feel sick to your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you relinquish.
When you find that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you start to lose, don’t convince yourself, "well only 1 more" a number of times, believe in me, this scheme RARELY ever operates. Say you plan on gambling on slot machine games, have a pot set aside prior to starting your betting. DON’T exceed this boundary, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to win, put the winnings in an alternate canister. Do not risk your payouts at any cost. Once you have gambled through your initial set cutoff, stop. Leave, whether it’s on the internet or at a brick and mortar casino, don’t stay at the tables or machines. Make sure to keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Obviously, this tactic usually will work for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, twenty-one or any other game.
Keep in mind, betting should be FUN not burdensome, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot manage the loss, do not even begin.
