First to explain the reason I wrote this article. I have been wagering on the web or at land based casinos for many years. I have learned, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are penniless. Especially if you are on a winning run. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and to this day on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It seems you’re just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your squanderings and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you feel queasy in your gut and the more you attempt the quicker you lose.
When you see that you’re ahead, STAY on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, don’t say to yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and again and again, trust me, this method almost never ever functions. Say you’re playing on slots, have a bankroll set aside prior to starting your play. DO NOT go over that boundary, no matter how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put that in a separate pot. Do not spend your profits no matter what. Once you’ve gone through your original set limit, call it a day. Leave, regardless if it’s on the web or at a land based casino, do not stay around. Always remember, there is going to be a different day, another time.
Remember, wagering is supposed to be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t manage the cost, don’t even start.
